Best Workstation (Laptop) for Premiere 2019

Don't buy a Dell XPS.  I'm ready to throw my XPS 5960 out the window because of it's ridiculous thermal problems and throttling. The design is just too thin to handle any sustained workload in Premiere and AE.  After an hour of heavy use it will get so hot with the fans blasting and will throttle the CPU down to 800mhz when it should be able to sustain 3ghz, which makes the computer useless, the mouse can barely move on screen and everything lags with a 3 second delay not to mention Premiere just freezes.  My battery also lost half it's capacity after 1 year just after the warranty ran out. I also wasted a ton of money on the 4k touchscreen.  The 4k just causes more problems than it's worth with windows scaling, including mismatched UI issues in Premiere and weird tearing issues.  Don't get a 4K screen it's wasted money.  Only thing it's good for is watching Netflix in 4K.  You're better off with 1080p and using an external monitor if you need more res.

I'm looking into replacing it with something thick, I don't care about bulk anymore, I want good thermals and this trend by Dell, Apple and others to keep making laptops that are too thin for the powerful chips their housing seems like consumer fraud for pros who actually want to use the full potential of these chips.  I'm also looking at 17" screens, 15 is just too small for serious work.  I'm debating whether to go the i7/Xeon Quadro route: HP Zbook G5, Lenovo P72 or getting a beefy gaming laptop that has Thunderbolt 3 like the MSI Raider.
