Blue Screen GPU VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE Adobe Programs

Recently i've bought a new HP Spectre x360. Specs below. But after minutes of launching Adobe- programs (especially without charger connected, but also then i'm only saving a bit more time) my laptop is receiven a Blue Screan: VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE, nvlddmkm_sys error.

HP Spectre x360 15 |
15.6 inch UHD |
10th gen i7 |
1TB SSD |
16GB RAM |
NVIDIA GeForce MX330

I've been searching for solutions, but cannot find anything that works. Especiall because I've found that MX330 might be a bit poor for adobe programs (although my previous laptop, adobe worked fine on only Intel® UHD Graphics 620). What can I do? Is there any way to check if my GPU is functioning correctly?

Thanks in advance!

I am sorry to tell you this, but recent Game Ready Drivers (the only kind compatible with your MX330) have serious compatibility issues with all Adobe programs. Unfortunately, there is absolutely no driver at all that works properly in Adobe programs, which now require a Studio Driver just to run properly. Unfortunately, none of the Studio Drivers are compatible at all with your GPU.

In addition, that MX330 has absolutely no hardware H.264 or HEVC decoder or encoder at all, forcing all decoding and encoding onto your CPU.

Thank you for your reply!

Do you think there is any work around this problem? Or would it just really have to be 'buy a new computer' solution?

Unfortunately, the MX330 only has Game drivers available.

Adobe products usually need a Studio driver to work properly.
