bm intensity shuttle wont pillarbox when upconverting sd to hd

Anyone else have this issue ever with this thing... I am upconverting sd to hd upon capture...and have the pillarbox option ticked but it captures anamorphic no matter what...I tried ticking anamorphic to see if it then will capture pillarbox---figured it was good bm logic. No still anamorph...

Any suggestions --Im on driver version 10.9..
