Even longer answer:

Premiere Pro really works best with 8 or more physical CPU cores. Running Premiere Pro with your 2-core/4-thread CPU with a relatively small L3 cache is like entering a stock Honda Civic into the Daytona 500.

And that dual-core Comet Lake-based CPU will bottleneck any decent newer-gen discrete GPU. Even a GeForce GTX 1650 (and yes, even in its original GDDR5 version) will be bottlenecked by that dual-core CPU.

Plus, although we would recommend 32 GB or more RAM for any video editing system, that CPU is so weak that even 128 GB of RAM will not save it.

In addition, you do not have enough internal storage for your programs and your source and exported media files combined. You will, at the very least, need a bigger internal drive or (better still) multiple internal drives just to export your videos. Many of the exported fideos get balooned into the tens, if not hundreds, of GB.

Longer answer:

Weak CPU

Too little RAM

Too small an SSD

No dedicated graphics card
