Cant open Premier Pro 2024

I constantly get this error. Ive been trying to look into it and still cant fix it. Ive just reinstalled Adobe on my PC.

Specs:

GTX 1660

i7-3770k

8GB DDR3

MSI Z77A-G41

Any fixes???

I am afraid your pc is too old (12 years!!) for the current Premiere Pro version.

Please pay attention to the NOTE next to Processor.
