Cintiq 24 is not acknowledged by Mac system Captalina

Not seeing a forum that deals with hardware and system problems I post there with hopes that someone will acknowledge and send me to the correct forum. Unable to get the latest Mac system to acknolwedge the cintiq 24. Have installed latest drive and followed the steps by Apple twice to no avail. Have moved the display to a Mac with 14.0.1 system and it is acknowledged so know that the display is o.k. thus the system seems to be the problem.

If anyone has any clue would greatly appreciate help as I need this monitor to function in many of the apps that I use and test.
