It might be strange to ask but i am asking because imI fed up honestly i bought a laptop that has a card that's great and all but not supported by adobe

So now I'm looking at a computer with:

Intel i5-2500

Asus GTX 1060 3gb dual fan (white colored)

Will it work in adobe programs?

It should work, but I do not recommend that particular combo because in this case you'd end up with too much GPU for the CPU that you're using it with, which can (and will) cause render errors and corrupt renders because the CPU can't keep up with the GPU. A lower GPU, such as a GTX 1050, would be more apropos for that CPU.

as far as it is higher then core i5 and has more then 8gb ram it must work with adobe cc applications, but my personal advice in buying a non expensive laptop for editing a 2014-15 macbook used or refurbished macbook pro looks to be the best option.

But i saw that i5-2500 is really a decent cpu

It is ranked up with the good CPUs

    According to cpuboss and userbenchmark

Unlike for example my current i7-6500u which is ranked with trash CPUs

I mean they say even trash CPUs can run decent GPUs .... But this combo seems to me like a bit balanced no?

You mentioned the non-K version of the CPU, which can't be overclocked much. I personally tested that CPU, and it cannot compete with an i7-2600 of the same CPU generation when it comes to performance in content creation apps. In fact, the i5-2500 actually chokes in the MPEG-2 DVD export from the PPBM MPEG-2 DVD timeline with GPU acceleration disabled, taking almost as long as it took an i3-7100 dual-core CPU – and more than twice as long as even a Haswell-generation i7-4790K, let alone a Kaby Lake i7-7700 CPU.

You see, what you saw in the reviews applies only to gaming, which uses the GPU heavily but relatively little of the CPU. Content creation apps, on the other hand, use the CPU very heavily, and can also use the GPU to varying degrees depending on the workflow.
