Computer configuration consistency

I have mounted projects (5 hours rush, for clip max 10min) of 4k Prores 4444 XQ Arri and 5k R3D I thought a config like that 7940x motherboard ASUS about 400 dollars, two SSD 970 Pro of 500 go each for the rush and a small 860 evo 250go for the bone. Possibly change the graphics card later in 2019 by the news (if possible Ti).

I use mainly Adobe Premiere and from time to time After Effect (but really only once in the year) I need something fluid, not necessarily in full quality but pleasant.

Did you think that this is coherent as editing?

Is the speed and quantity of Ram adequate?

For $ 2500 do you think there is a better compromise (power supply, motherboard, processor, SSD, cooling)?
