Computer configuration for all adobe softwares and rendering/exporting

Hello. I need to edit videos with Premiere Pro, edit with Photoshop, use Character Animator and more. I don't understand a lot from computers so i would be really thankfull if someone can tell me what is needed to be good in a computer so it is fast when using these programs, so i can work on a good machine and export and render videos fast. What must be good in a computer and what are the reccomendations? Like fast processor, good graphic or video card, ect.Thank you all for your time.
