Computer Spec verification before purchasing adobe premier pro

Ok I am almost ready to purchase adobe premier pro but I need to know if these specs are sufficient to edit smoothly with a 4K monitor and do all other tasks smoothly with adobe premier pro.

specs are as of follows;

I plan on upgrading the ram to 32gigs
