CPU queston

I am building a computer and before picking the CPU I thought I would ask you all which of these two would best for me...I mostly use Photoshop and Audition with a little Lightroom but I would like to get into Premiere Pro.

Both CPUs are AMD Ryzens:

There is the Ryzen 5 3600 (3rd Gen)

6 core 3.6 GHz (4,2 max boost)

it has 12 threads.

Or... the Ryzen 7 2700

8 core 32 GHz (4.1 max boost)

it has 1y6 threads

Any advice or opinions would be most welcome. Thank you in advance.
