dell precision for AE and 3D- NEW WORKSTATION

Hi, which dell precision desktop will be good for after effects, illustrator, photoshop and especially Cinema 4D and dimension. I am not looking for something that gets the job done but often crashes or hangs. Nor I have the budget for something too good. A mid level would do good.

My idea is to get with the following specs

- i7

-32 gb ram( SATA SSD+ HDD)

- NVIDIA 2060

Is this good enough for me to have a smooth work flow and multitask? For example- I am working on a file in illustrator and a graphic is rendering on 4D/AE? while I am also listening to something on youtube

Also, I want to understand what clock speed and cores should I consider for AE and Cinema 4D with this configuration?

any recommendations apart from dell precision?
