Desktop for After Effects

Hi guys,

I'm looking to buy a desktop for a friend of mine  and want to see if there is an option that is optimized for after effects as that is the program he uses most often. 4k Video would be beneficial as well.

I hope this isn't a stupid question, thank you for the help.
