Does Mercury Transmit uses any GPU acceleration ?

Hi all,

I can't find any note or information about GPU usage when using Mercury Transmit.

Does someone can give me more infos on how Mercury Transmit works ?

On my system the GPU usage is about the same with or without using Mercury Trasmit enabled. Not sure if that is what you were asking.

Hi, Thank you for your answer. I wanted to know about the technology involved in Mercury Transmit and if at any point the GPU was involved or not. Since it got the term Mercury, there is a relationship with the Mercry Playback engine I suppose. Since the MPE can use CPU ( software mode ) and GPU ( hardware mode ), I wanted to have more info on how transmit react to GPU usage and take any advantage from it. Would be nice if I had an Adobe staff answer on this. As I'm thinking , since we are talking about display, the GPU of the graphic card should be used. Thank for the info by the way.
