Does your laptop sRGB value/range effect the sRGB range on a Cintiq Pro?

Hi guys,

For example, my Cintiq Pro 16 covers 94% sRGB range, if I use it connected to a laptop (screen) that outputs only 57%, which range is being outputted on the screen?

I am assuming the Cintiq Pro is as colour accurate as stated regardless of what is powering it, am I correct?
