Dual Monitor troubles (Adobe Premiere CC 2018)

So, I'm trying to put the program window on my secondary monitor and only have the timeline show on my main monitor. The computer I'm using for this is an Asus laptop with an Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700HQ CPU with 2.60GHz. I could use the help, thanks.
