Editing Computer Build
Hey I’m a video editor and I’ve been through about 5 different desktop\laptop builds over the past 6 or so years, all increasingly better as I got newer computers. Bringing me to my current build. Although I feel like I paid a decent amount, dishing out a little over $2100 for my current rig, I’m still left unsatisfied with the performance from my Adobe applications (Premiere,After effects,Photoshop etc.) I’ve been editing full time for a year now and I need more power but overall just more reliability from my computer. I know Adobe has its own myriad of issues (been a active user since 2015) but I know there are editors out there dealing with less issues. I can run the apps pretty well but honestly there’s not a work day that goes by that my software doesn’t crash AT LEAST twice and I have to end program tasks or completely reboot the system. Really looking for insight on how I can improve stability and possibly performance. This is my job so I’m willing to invest more. I’ve listed my specs below if anyone can provide any advice!
