GeForce GTX 1080 Turbo OC 8G vs NVIDIA Quadro P4000 - For video editing/encoding

At the moment i Have a GTX 1080 (not the ti version).  I have access to a Quadro P4000 for a $0 swap from work.

For Premier is it worth the effort of me swapping it over?   What advantages does the P4000 have in video editing/encoding, will I notice it ?

Most of my raw footage is 4k from, GoPro6, MaviPro2 and a Panasonic Camcorder.
