GPU for Premier Pro cc

the cpu does most of the work, so the usual pairing for cpu to gpu are:

4 core - gtx 1050 ti

6 core - gtx 1060 6gb

8 core - gtx 1070

those are starting points, some people use less gpu accelerated fx and don't need as much gpu power. some use more gpu accelerated fx and third party gpu plugins/software and go with more powerful gpu...
