It has been awhile since I read here, so I don't remember if it specifically talks about your question... but might help

It depends on the individual app. Just make sure that you do not purchase anything that came out more than about four or five years ago.

And some apps make greater use of the GPU than others. So something like Premiere Pro needs a higher-end GPU than say, Photoshop.

Thanks.

I use apps Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illlustrator & After effect. I am thinking to buy a new computer. That is the reason I want to know which GC is most suitable for apps I use. Is there any link given by Adobe to learn about this?

According to your recommendation GC for Premiere Pro will cover GC requirement for all apps.

Generally that is correct, buy a graphics card that works very well for Premiere Pro and the rest of the apps you listed will be OK.

There are two areas where you want to watch in the near future, because they may change GPU requirements quickly: 3D and AI. Adobe is adding more 3D and AI/machine learning features, and those may raise GPU system requirements in the applications that add those features.

For example, for many years Camera Raw (in Photoshop) and Lightroom Classic did not need the most advanced graphics hardware for good GPU acceleration. But recently, the addition of AI-powered people masking and AI Denoise have surprised many users who have weaker graphics.

People masking requires 2GB VRAM, so many users with integrated graphics cannot use it, so now they find they are not able to use every feature in the application.

AI Denoise, which came out a few weeks ago, is surprising users with older graphics hardware, because AI Denoise may take 30 to 45 minutes to process a single frame. More commonly it takes a couple of minutes per frame, and users with very recent, powerful Nvidia or Apple graphics hardware can run AI Denoise in 10 to 30 seconds per frame. Because you said you use Photoshop, if you plan to use this new Camera Raw feature and you want it to take only a few seconds per frame, instead of looking at graphics cards that are newer than a few years old, you really want to look at better graphics cards that are newer than about two years old.
