Graphics Card Advice: gtx 690 or 1060?

Hi, folks.

Was hoping some wiser heads could offer some guidance for me. What would be a better gfx card for a system solely meant for video editing on Premiere/AE? A new gtx 1060 3gb, or a used gtx 690 that is 4 years old? Any feedback appreciated!
