Hardware Upgrade Help

I am so sorry if this has been asked before. I am and editor not a computer guru so I need some help please. I have been editing on 12.1.2. I now need to upgrade for a 4K project and I have no idea if I have to upgrade my processor and my card or just my card. Current specs are ADM FX(tm) - 6100 Six-Core Processor 3.30GHZ, 32 Ram, 64-bit, Quadro 4000 video card. Can someone give me recommendation that don't break the bank in order for me to upgrade to the latest 15.0 Adobe Premiere Pro? Thank you so much for your time and answers.

      To elaborate further on my previous post:

       

      That first-gen AMD Bulldozer CPU is, frankly speaking, crummy by modern standards. It is actually weaker (performance-wise) than even a 2nd-Gen Intel Core i5 CPU, let alone a modern 6-core CPU. In fact, the Bulldozer architecture features only one floating-point core for each pair of integer cores, making that FX 6100 effectively only a 3-core, 6-thread CPU with a lousy SSE4+ implementation.

       

      Furthermore, any decent GPU upgrade will be bottlenecked by the weakling-performance CPU. And the Quadro 4000 is now no longer supported by Nvidia itself, having EOSL'd support for it and all other Fermi GPUs in 2018.

       

      And your PC likely has a spinning HDD instead of an SSD.

       

      And bringing your system up to even current economical-performance standards will require a new CPU, a new motherboard, new RAM, a new GPU and new disk(s). And if you have to upgrade three or more major components of your current system all at once just to bring it up to date, then don't bother upgrading at all. Get a new PC instead.

        conclusion. I am now working on a completely new build.

        You will need an entire new PC in order to run any newer version of Premiere Pro. Your system is now obsolete - in its entirety.
