Help in choosing a laptop for the Premier Pro

Hi, I need your help, guys.
I`ve got Xiaomi Mi NoteBook Pro (Intel Core i7-10510U, NVIDIA GeForce MX250, 2 ГБ GDDR5). Righ now I`m working with Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2020 14.0.1.71 and everything is okey, but when I was trying to working with Premiere Pro 2020 14.9.0.52 it didn't work out. So I decided to change my laptop and need advice. I`ve got 1,400 $ and I want to work comfortably with 4K. Maybe share your own version of the laptop
