High temps when rendering

Hi,

I have a AMD Ryzen 9 5950x 16 core processor with a ROG Crosshair VIII Hero.

When i render, the CPU usage is only around 20% but the temps go 80+ and alot of the time cause my pc to close down due to the CPU overheating. 

I've run a stress test on my PC, with the CPU at 100% usage and the temps are around 60 degrees so this proves there is nothing wrong with the CPU/cooling.

Does anyone know why adobe would cause such high temps? I dont have any problems with any other programs or games. 

I appreciate any help.
