How can I set my Geforce GFX 1050 TI For After effects playback?

I understand After effects demand a lot. This is what I'm working with

Is there a way I can set After Effects for playback? I'm not trying to make 4k I'm not trying to render crazy stuff. Just edit, impose, and graphics track. latent with playblack and Cache, is there anything I can do? Kinda feels like I got a virus.
