Exactly which version of Premiere Pro?

Did you remove the old nividia driver and install the new one for your new card?

Problem was with newest version of Adobe Premiere. Seems like it won't work with old Quadro K4000 (drivers was from Dell website). Now I have checked CUDA cores in File->Project->General. I have an another question. How to speed up preview in window much more?

Generally to speed things up you need more CPU power, some times this can be accomplished buy tuning your system and turning off unnecessary programs and processes that are stealing CPU cycles, but many times it requires more powerful CPU's  In some cases if your media is long GOP intensive you may have to use proxy media
