Imac good enough for video editing

i'm on a budget. i was looking at an iMac with these specs. My question is would it be good enough to edit with?

Specs:

Screen: 21.5in 1080p

Processor: 2.8ghz Intel Core i7

Ram: 8gb 1333mhz ddr3 (Should i upgrade the ram)

Graphics: AMD Radeon HD 6770M 512mb

You might be able to edit with that imac but the frustration of an old under powered computer isn't worth it.
