It will still lag a lot more than a good desktop multicore, high-clock-speed CPU and a decent discrete GPU. You see, the 11th-Gen Tiger Lake mobile CPUs still have only 4 cores and 8 threads (though the base clock speeds are still higher than the Ice Lake parts that they superceded). No lower-power mobile CPU can sustain as high of a clock speed on the CPU as a good high-power-consumption desktop CPU can.

And the integrated Iris Xe Graphics processor is, at best, only about as powerful as a weakling GeForce MX350 GPU.

In other words, current 11th-Gen Intel-powered laptops aren't there yet. Performance-wise.
