Intel or AMD for someone focused on software and graphic design?

Hello, I am a person who uses software and programs such as adobe photoshop, illustrator for work.I am looking for a new ready-made system. But most people recommend intel for adobe.I want it to be developable and I want to get good performance.I was thinking of a system that I can play games occasionally.Do you think I should go amd-oriented or intel-based?
