IPAD or Samsung Tab2

I consider to buy a tablet, but I am not sure which one I should buy. I saw a course from Bryan O'Neil Huhges using an IPAD with Photoshop/Lightroom CC and this work verry good. Is this also possible with a Samsung Tablet?
