Is the 6 core/12 thread Intel Core i7-10750H enough for Premiere Pro?

Hi! I'm buying a mid-budget laptop to edit 15 to 20 minute 4k videos. No special or complex video efects. Just a chroma key and some text, transitions...

Most 15'' laptops that range from $1100 to $1300 come with the Intel Core i7-10750H . I'm particularly interested in a msi Intel Core i7-10750H , 16Gb Ram, 1tb ssd an Nvidia 1660 ti 4gb. But I'm afraid that 6 cores could eventually fall short. I read somewere that 8 cores would be the minimum for good performance.  

What do you think? Should this be enough?

I also saw an Asus that comes with a Ryzen 7 (this one is 8 CORE), 16Gb Ram, 1tb ssd an Nvidia 1660 ti 4gb. But I'm not impresses with a lot of reviews that complain about the fans loud noise.
