Is the MSI Alpha 15 A3DD-044IN a good laptop for editing with Premiere Pro and After Effects?

Specifications:

Processor - AMD Ryzen 7 3750H

GPU - AMD Radeo RX5500M 4GB

RAM - 16 GB

1 TB HDD + 256 GB SSD

I think it's been said that NVIDIA graphics works better with Premiere Pro than AMD, but perhaps RjL190365 will chime in here.

What type of media (resolution, file type and codec) will you be editing?
