Is there a list of computers compatible with Premiere Pro?

Long time ago on this forum, there was a list of computers that were compatible with the Mercury Playback engine for PP. I've been useing an old Toshiba that has "Known Issues" but that's all I have. Any suggestions for a newer computer for PP? I only use Premier.
