Is this enough? I7 9700 with GTX1060 6GB

I'm upgrading my PC. I primarily edit in Premiere Pro but am really starting to do more with After Effects (and by extension, Cinema 4D lite) and Blender.

Current system (6 years old):

i7 3770 4 core

GTX 660ti

Extra internal drive: Western Digital 1000GB 7200 RPM Sata-3

My primary goal is better render time and playback and stopping those errors I get all the time now with Lumetri (which I think are VRAM related?)

I'm also switching to two 500 GB Samsung 970 EVO Pluses for my internal drives.  2 are cheaper than a single 1 TB and I assume that if I have my files on one and my temp files on another I will get better performance as well?

Will this do the trick and keep me going for a while?
