Laptop for Photoshop and Photoshop Elements

Question

I'm considering this:

for use with Photoshop and Photoshop Elements.
 
It would not be used for video editing in premiere Pro, but might be used for Premiere Elements.What do you think?

For Elements it's more than enough. Though I would still recommend adding additional external SSDs plugged into a USB 3.2 Gen 1x1 or better port just to be on the safe side.
