Laptop for Video Editing AE + PREMIERE PRO - Budget 1800$ ( I am from Belgium)

I'm planning on buying a laptop to work with Premiere Pro & After Effects.  I'd like to keep the budget around $1800.

FYI I am from Belgium.

I´m not sure if it would be enough machine for heavy loads but this seems to be the best for that amount:

You will need to spend a lot more than that for any kind of laptop for Editing, especially for Premier, even some of the Dell Work stations costing many thousands of $$$ cant do it very well.

I think a Metabox Pro Workstation laptop would be the way to go, which are custom built according to your needs and budget.
