Laptop specs for running premier pro

I've been running premiere pro on an inadequate system. I manage to get things done but I need to update my system. Looking at a laptop with Intel core i5, 16GB RAM, NVIDIA RTX 4050. will these specs handle premier pro well?

If editing 4K, you should have 32 GB RAM and a larger SSD.

Would you be using other Adobe apps like After Effects?

I primarily edit HD videos using premier pro. To be a bit more specific I edit teaching/speaking videos for social media content and online courses. I produce social media ads and intros/outros for sermons/talks.
