Laptop suggestions?

Hi everybody!

I'm in the market for a new laptop and I was hoping I could get some recommendations here.

What I'm looking for is:
* Windows based so no MacBooks. I'd also rather avoid Dell.
* Runs comfortably with Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
* No touch screen.
* Under $1,000.Any recommendations? Thanks!

    With memory prices as high as they currently are, you may need to increase your budget substantially. Most sub-$1000 laptops have only dual-core CPUs or even weak Atom-derived CPUs with 8GB or less RAM. That would make your planned laptop fall well below Adobe's minimum hardware requirements to run some of those programs that you're planning to run at all.
