Laptop upgrade for 4k Editing with H.265

My name is Razvan and I am a drone enthusiast. I was working with a Mavic Air and editing 4K footage from this little drone with Premiere Pro cc on a Macbook Pro Mid2015 (i7-2.2Ghz, 16GB RAM, Iris Pro). But things are not so smooth and I want to upgrade the machine. Basically I don't want to wait 10 minutes to do a Warp Stab. for example for a 30 sec 4k video.

So, taking on consideration that I will be flying the new Mavic 2 Pro that has also H.265 I plan to buy a new laptop and most probably will not be a Macbook, because of the bugdet limitation.

I was thinking to buy a new laptop with config like:

CPU: i7-8750H

RAM: 16GB

SSD:512

GPU: GTX1050ti (or with some bugder increase go to ->GTX1060)

What do you think about this config? It will be enough?
