Laptops with active stylus for Cloud Apps

What kind of laptops with active stylus are people using?  I went to Best Buy to look at a few 2 into 1 laptops and the sales person said that not all touch screen laptops can use an active stylus.  I didn't believe them and went to home to Google my question and apparently there aren't a lot of active stylus answers.  I figured that there was a knock off pen that could support drawing for Illustrator, Animate, and Photoshop, but I can't find anything for it.
