Lightweight Laptop Recommendation for Video and Photo editing

Hello!

I am looking for lightweight (possibly 13-14''?) laptop recommendations to do video and photo editing in 2020/2021. I use Windows over Mac. I will be traveling a lot during long periods of time for my work, so I will like something still durable to handle editing averagely 5 to 10 minute videoes. Budget-wise, I prefer not to exceed $1500 - with a little wiggle room if really needed...

It seems challenging to find, keeping in mind that Adobe Premiere's list of laptop requirements. I'm also curious of the Microsoft Surface Pro or Samsung Galaxy Book Flex laptops, if anyone has tried them.
