Looking For An Adobe Sensei

Hello!

I'm looking to build a new computer. I video edit and animate with Adobe (Premiere, Animate, and Character Animator). Any idea if the RTX 3070 graphics card combined with Ryzen 5950X 16 core processor would be an overkill to seamlessly work with these programs in 4K? Please give me your brain juice. Show me what you got.
