Minimum Hardware Requirements to print from Illustrator CC

I want to get a second device to use at a non-profit where I volunteer. We have a Canon iPF 670 large format roll-feed printer. I want to print posters from Illustrator CC. What is the most minimum Apple or PC hardware required? I may be doing minimal tweaking of AI files, but mostly just printing. I'll upload the files from an iMac. I'm looking at Dell Inspiron 3000 or 5000 series laptop:
