Motherboard for new AE / PPro pc - help please

Hi,

I work daily with Adobe CC, particularly AE & Ppro. I'm building the spec for a new pc to replace a 6 year old machine.

I'd really appreciate some help - you all helped me build a laptop a couple of years ago that's been the best one ever!

I'm happy (I think) with the Processor, memory & Graphics card here.

Motherboard Gigabyte X299 AORUS Gaming 3 PRO: ATX, USB 3.1, SATA 6 GB/s - RGB Ready

Memory (RAM) 64GB Corsair VENGEANCE DDR4 2133MHz (4 x 16GB)

Graphics Card 11GB NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 1080 Ti - HDMI, 3x DP GeForce - GTX VR Ready

1st Hard Disk 500GB Samsung 860 2.5" EVO SSD, SATA 6Gb/s (upto 550MB/sR | 520MB/sW)

2nd Hard Disk 1TB Samsung 860 EVO 2.5" SSD, SATA 6Gb/s (upto 550MB/sR | 520MB/sW)

3rd Hard Disk 500GB Samsung 860 2.5" EVO SSD, SATA 6Gb/s (upto 550MB/sR | 520MB/sW)

4th Hard Disk 2TB SEAGATE BARRACUDA PRO 3.5", 7200 RPM 128MB CACHE

Drives: the 3rd hard drive is for the cache. Is this really worth separating or is it ok to get a 2TB 😧 drive (which would be for projects) and use part of that?

Motherboard: I'm uncertain. I get these choices: Can anyone give a clear recommendation?
