Need advice on getting a new PC Tower.

First, let me thank you all for your help in advance.

I am getting a new super-large design tablet/monitor where I can draw on the screen. Since I am well connected to the games industry... I thought it makes more sense to go ahead and buy a PC Tower.  Now, I am limited on the money I can put towards this and I need to order it this weekend.  I know building it myself or having someone do it for me probably would be more cost-effective (but I would most likely botch that up and I need it to create some videos).

Currently, I have a Wacom Cintiq Companion 2, Wacom Mobile Studio Pro 1 and a BenQ PD3220U monitor.  I will be using the new computer for graphics, animation, video editing, maybe some 3D, streaming and gaming.  The new tablet will be 22 to 32 inches in size.

I am looking at this build... but I am not 100% sure if that is the best.  Plus, I do not know this company.  I am in Germany... so there are a few other options.  But this is what I was considering.  I do not want to go over this price.

So I am curious what you all think of this build and this company.

Thanks in advance.

Skip the 5700 XT or any other AMD Radeon GPU for now. AMD's GPU drivers still have problems with green lines in Premiere Pro. Besides, even with the improved RDNA architecture, Radeon GPUs actually perform no faster in Premiere Pro than an Nvidia GeForce GPU that costs half as much as that 5700 XT. For that same cost, go with a GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER instead if you want to run primarily Adobe software for content creation.
