which video card helps with rendering (the best solution is needed) which video card does Adobe premiere pro support?

    Normally, I cannot give you a recommendation until you tell us what is the rest of your system's hardware (CPU, RAM, disks). We cannot recommend any GPU that is way overqualified for the CPU that you're using in that system of yours.

     

    But in this case, if it weren't priced over $500 right now (according to Safe Harbor), the GeForce RTX 2060S (also known as the RTX 2060 SUPER) is a good starting point. I was able to obtain mine brand-new for just under $400 a few months ago, before the COVID-19 pandemic spread into the US. The GTX 1660 Ti is overpriced right now at $360 (again, according to Safe Harbor), and its NVENC hardware encoding performance is significantly lower than the RTX 2060S due to the lesser memory bandwidth (only 288 GB/s for the 1660 Ti versus 448 GB/s for the 2060S).
