Need Help! Intel Arc GPU Causing Screen Tearing During Video Playback – Any advice?

Hi everyone,

I’m having an issue with my Intel Arc GPU where I’m noticing screen tearing during video playback, especially with high-resolution content. It’s pretty frustrating, and I’m not sure what’s causing it. Has anyone else experienced this with their Intel Arc GPU?

I’d appreciate any advice on how to fix this or any settings I should tweak to improve the playback quality.

Do not count on Windows to be fully up to date when it comes to device drivers
Go to the vendor site to be sure you have an updated driver for your graphic adapter
