Question

Need to clean up my Hard Drive

Hi all,

I've just recently upgraded my system by buying 2 extra SSD drives, one for Cache files and the other as a working project drive, so now my main C drive only has programs on it, a lot is filled up with all my Creative Cloud Programs, mainly Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition etc. However my C drive is still almost full. It is a 500GB SSD. How can I safely clear out all the files connected to these Adobe programs that are not used anymore and do I need to uninstall old program versions etc? I am worried about losing my program preferences (tool bar layouts etc) any help on deleting old unused files/programs would be greatly received!

All the best Jake

Thanks John, I have realised that although my Disk cache is now set to another drive, I also need to set up the scratch disks when starting a new project to "same as project" and that will keep lots of files from filling up the C: drive! Just need to work out how to delete all the old versions of the programs without losing all my preferences and workspaces.
