New Build for Photoshop and LR

I am building new pc to use for mainly PS and LR

i7 7700K

64GB Ram

500GD Samsung Evo M2 drive for system

4TB Hybrid Drive for data storage

Would using a separate SSD for LR and PS Programs instead of system drive benefit speed etc

I am thinking  of storing catalogue on SSD and original files on the 4TB hybrid drive ?

Would I gain any advantages from using a further separate SSD as scratch disc for PS ?

Backup is done by copying to NAS
