New Laptop: Checking features and making the switch

Hello Adobe Community!

I've been a subscriber since April 2023 and I have LOVED the design processes!  I formatted my first novel and created a book cover using InDesign, and will be sending them off very soon.  I have been limiting myself to InDesign and Photoshop, however, because they're about all my current laptop can handle. There's a HP laptop at Costco I've had my eye on, and I wanted to run some specifications past the good folks of the community.  Would a laptop with the following be enough for the Adobe apps, now and say for a couple of years?:

-Intel Core i7-13700HX processor

-32GB DDR5-4800MHz RAM

-8GB NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 laptop GPU

-1TB PCle SSD

Secondly, if I buy this new laptop, would I be able to just install CC and the apps, or would my current licence require me to remove the Adobe products from the old laptop first?  Not that it would be a big deal, the old laptop is having a hard time running the Adobe apps anyway.

Thanks in Advance!

You should be able to run all subscription programs... I build my own desktop computer so don't know much about laptops

Cloud License allows 2 activations at a time http://www.adobe.com/legal/licenses-terms.html
-you may use on ONE computer at a time, and you may NOT share your subscription

-Install on a 2nd computer https://community.adobe.com/t5/Get-Started/Installing-creative-cloud-on-two-devices/td-p/6048133

-Windows or Mac does not matter... 2 on the same operating system, or 1 on each

For nvidia and Premiere Pro be sure to use the STUDIO driver, not the gaming driver

nVidia Driver Downloads https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
-for all Adobe programs use the STUDIO driver, not the GAMING driver
-To achieve the highest level of reliability, Studio Drivers undergo extensive
-testing against multi-app creator workflows and multiple revisions of the top
-creative applications from Adobe to Autodesk and beyond
